The Financial Equalization© concept was formulated in 1986 by Mr. Charles Bell while working as a successful financial advisor for a financial firm in Montreal, Canada. Mr. Bell’s interest in “streamlining” the pay off process for mortgages and consumer debt was prompted by a personal financial crisis which was caused by the death of his mother in Florida and his cosigning for several hundred thousands of dollars in medical bills. After weeks of work and analysis, Mr. Bell’s pioneering effort resulted in the creation of the most unique and powerful plan available in the mortgage reduction industry today, The Financial Equalization© Program.

Mr. Bell copyrighted the Program in 1987 and since, has personally helped thousands of people become financially solvent and in turn, has enhanced the quality of their lives. Mr. Bell’s firm, Financial Equalization Inc. (F.E.A.T.) is presently located in Toronto, Canada and has contracted with a number of consultants throughout Canada and the U.S.
