3 Easy Steps
1. Do you qualify for the Program?
To qualify you must have 20% equity in your home, consumer debt, more than
8 years to go on
the balance of your mortgage & good credit.
2. Submit your Confidential Questionnaire
Complete a detailed Confidential Questionnaire, save it to your computer and email the file to sabina@moneysmart.info
You can download the questionnaire available in either Excel or pdf format (you need to have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer - download it for free from the web). This form you can fill out by hand and fax to Moneysmart Consultants at 250-247-8284. Or simply fill in our Online Questionnaire and submit it through our website. You will be contacted within 2-3 days. If you qualify, you will receive a summary of your personal plan. If you wish to receive the benefits of the program, you will sign an intent to proceed.
3. Finalize your personal Financial Equalization Plan
Financing with the licensed mortgage broker and closing with the real estate lawyer will take 14-30 days. Upon finalization, you will receive your personalized portfolio.
